MRC Ventures architected and implemented the entire platform to meet demanding requirements for personalization logic, operational automation, and seasonal traffic spikes.

✅ Architecture & Deployment:

Designed a containerized, cloud-native architecture deployed on AWS ECS with auto-scaling groups, ensuring resilience and elasticity during peak periods.

Implemented CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments and rapid iteration.

Configured CDN and application-level caching for low-latency global delivery.

✅ Backend & APIs:

Developed RESTful and webhook-based APIs to integrate with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) and payment gateways.

Engineered a responsive, SPA (Single Page Application) using React and Redux with SSR for SEO and fast initial paint.
